Rimmen is a city in the northeast corner of Northern Elsweyr. Euraxia Tharn rules over the city after having taken it over in recent years, and has been mistreating its native residents ever since.
A pamphlet is tacked to a pillar near the canal where J'dazh fills his water jug.
