Chapter Zones[edit]
Morrowind[edit]
The main Vvardenfell Navigator is Captain Jenassa. She can be found alongside the Alliance Navigators in most main cities, plus near the stables in Orsinium and can take you to Seyda Neen or Vivec City. Synda Imyam can take you back from Vivec City to any Alliance capital. In any city where Captain Jenassa is not present, an unmanned boat near the Alliance Navigator can take you to Vivec City.
Other Navigators can take you from the Alliance starter islands direct to Seyda Neen:
Sathasa Falen at Eagle's Strand on Khenarthi's Roost.
Davak Hlaren in Port Hunding on Stros M'Kai.
Dastas Arenim in Bleakrock Village on Bleakrock Isle
Taros Evosa can take you back from Seyda Neen to any starter island.

Taros Evosa can take you back from Seyda Neen to any starter island.
On Vvardenfell, the following Navigators can get you around the island, functioning more like Boatswains:
- Synda Imyam at Vivec City's Pilgrim's Approach can take you to Sadrith Mora. She can also take you off Vvardenfell to any of the three Alliance capitals.
- Rinori Mathendis at Sadrith Mora Docks can take you to Gnisis, Vivec City and Tel Mora.
- Bolnora Romavel at the docks below Tel Mora can take you to Sadrith Mora only.
- Ranor Sadralo at the docks outside Gnisis can take you to Sadrith Mora only.
Summerset[edit]
The Summerset Navigator is Ciryelda. She can be found alongside the Alliance Navigators in all main cities, as well as on the docks of the three Alliance starter islands and in Orsinium. She can take you to Alinor. From Alinor Docks, she can take you back to the Alliance capitals.
Elsweyr[edit]
The Elsweyr Navigator is Zemmarga. She can be found at a Baandari Caravan near the Alliance Navigators in Elden Root, Wayrest and Mournhold, and will take you to Rimmen and back. You can also directly interact with one of her Caravans in each location to make the trip.
[edit]
These navigators only appear in one location, and can take you from Chapter and DLC Zones to the Alliance capitals.
- Lara-Deesei at the Dock near the Lilmoth Guild Hall in Murkmire. She goes to the starter cities rather than the Alliance capitals.
- Lienalel at the Inlet Slip outside Senchal in Southern Elsweyr.
- Ilfete at Western Skyrim Docks outside Solitude in Western Skyrim.
- Bastheladir at the Stables just outside Markarth in The Reach.
- Alessiac Bargeron at the Docks outside Leyawiin in Blackwood.
- Ri at the Plaza of Portals in Fargrave.
- Marlena Delitian at the Docks at Gonfalon Bay on High Isle.
- Antonin Maulinie at the marina in Vastyr on Galen. He only travels to Daggerfall and Gonfalon Bay.
- Sheer-Weska at the Docks of Necrom on the Telvanni Peninsula.
Notes[edit]
- Navigators were first introduced in One Tamriel (Update 12).
- Boatswains function similarly, but usually travel to fewer locations.
