Found in the following locations: Chapters can be crafted by collecting ten Welkynar Style Motif Fragments which can be obtained by killing Z'Maja in Cloudrest on Veteran mode, or on Normal mode with all of her Welkynar Shade allies present. These Fragments must be combined with a Welkynar Binding, which is obtained from completing Woe of the Welkynars. Chapters are a possible drop once a week from coffers available for completing Woe of the Welkynars. (Coffer types differ between Normal and Veteran modes) The complete motif book is a legendary reward in Ragebound Crown Crates.

Though the Knightly Order of the Welkynars numbers no more than four members at a time, each of those knights needs a broad array of equipment, including armor of all weights as well as a complete array of weapons. This gear must be made to exact specifications of the very best materials, adhering strictly to the guidelines stated below.
