Banter Bot is a test character that could sometimes be encountered as an npc viewed in Veteran Spindleclutch. It had a level of 
12 and 4414 health (later 31,000). The bug causing the bot to appear was said to be fixed in Patch 1.2.0, though its health bar could still be encountered from 2014 to at least 2015, later being fixed in an unspecified patch.
