Panoramic Images[edit]
Sorry... but I don't like them. We strive to show what people will actually see in-game, and these images... don't do that. They're curiosities, but I don't think they belong on the city pages. rpeh •T•C•E• 02:13, 8 January 2011 (UTC)
Ok! I'll delete them Rev3rsix 11:46, 8 January 2011 (UTC)
- I hope we can find somewhere to put them, because they're very pretty. How exactly did you create them, if you don't mind my asking? rpeh •T•C•E• 13:13, 8 January 2011 (UTC)

- Sure! For your question: With multiple screenshots with a "fov to 120 degrees" using console and then stitched with PanoTools free-software. This is possible because the camera view doesn't have parallax errors and it turns around the focus of the hypothetical virtual optical lens. An example of a complete 360° view of the Chapel of Arkay here: http://fieldofview.com/flickr/?page=photos/saikindi/2849138198 Rev3rsix 14:14, 8 January 2011 (UTC)

- Many apologies, but I've changed my mind. They're too nice not to be included. If you're still around, please can you take images of the other cities and add them? rpeh •T•C•E• 01:33, 22 January 2011 (UTC)
- I see, you've undone my undone... ok I'll add other images. --Rev3rsix 12:05, 24 January 2011 (UTC)

Image Standards[edit]
Before you overwrite any more place images, please take a look at our standards for images. The next section on image names is worth reading too. Thanks. rpeh •T•C•E• 08:04, 12 February 2011 (UTC)
- Ok. I'll follow the standards. Sorry. Rev3rsix 10:54, 12 February 2011 (UTC)
- I've reverted your change to this image. The standard for place images like this is that they must be in a 4x3 aspect ration, and your images aren't. First, please can you only replace images that really need replacing, and second, please can you make sure they follow the standards. The images you're adding are very pretty, but replacing existing images that are perfectly adequate is a bit of a waste of time. rpeh •T•C•E• 04:37, 22 February 2011 (UTC)
- Might I ask you to go through the changes you made to place pages? Every place page (like this one) should have a 4:3 image at the top. While I love your images, and I think they should be on the pages, they're too small at the width used to be the main descriptive image for a place. You can add your panoramic images further down, but they just don't work at their current position. Thanks in advance. --GKtalk2me 19:09, 1 March 2011 (UTC)
