1. Speak to Dareni Dulo in Andothren's Morag Tong guild, for a writ on Nadras Arvel.
2. Search Nadras Arvel's house in Menaan for the Honorable Writ of Execution.
3. Kill Nadras Arvel.
4. Report to Dareni Dulo.
