Quick Walkthrough

1. Ask Docelle Bien near the top of the Imperial Census Office about mosaic tiles.
2. Retrieve 17 yellow tiles from Eulix Festius in his Brickmason store in Old Ebonheart and return to Docelle.
3. Retrieve 17 red tiles from Eulix Festius.
4. Return to Docelle who will tell you your work was for naught.

30	Finishes quest	Docelle Bien told me the project changed direction and is starting over, this time with colored felt. Docelle Bien took the tiles and thanked me for my time.
