Sobbitana Grotto is a cavernous grotto on the bed of Lake Andaram.
The entrance lies between Nav Andaram and Hlaalu Ferry. The grotto itself is made up of numerous large chambers, and is rich with the more aggressive forms of aquatic life. The bones of victims and (remarkably) cows litter the cavern floor in places.
Perhaps because of its large size the grotto is not dense with treasure. Besides the Dreugh Wax that you can scrape from the corpses of its occupants, the main item of interest is a Dreugh Helm nestled upon a stalagmite in the southeasternmost chamber. Otherwise, the corpse of an escaped Argonian slave floats above a number of gemstones in one of the southern chambers. Of these, the peridot will summon a Dremora Lord if taken.
