Neresa Brenos is a Dunmer Smith and a hireling of House Hlaalu. She provides repair services and a selection of basic weapons and armor. Neresa is also one of the leads that Nevusa Lladri gives you during the events of The Statue, but is unwilling to risk crossing the governor by campaigning for its removal:
