Musa Ashadallit

Musa Ashadallit is the Dark Elf Wise Woman of the newly-formed Obainat at Obainat Camp. Exiled from the Ishanuran at Ishanuran Camp, she dedicates herself instead to her role keeping the fragile peace between the militant anti-Hlaalu Obainat led by Massur-Dan, and House Hlaalu themselves. If you allow it, she will intervene twice on attempts to disrupt the peace at the Hlaalu-owned Savrethi Distillery, which lies close to the camp. During Poisoning the Well, she will prevent Hibdun Senatmiran to render the distillery's water supplies toxic, and she will also intervene in Wicked Water Woes to prevent Massur's assassination of Savrethi Distillery's owner, Mandaras Savrethi.

This does not make Musa entirely on House Hlaalu's side however. She is not above cursing Mandaras during the events of the same quest, rendering him stupid and unlikable with a gift of a Modified Amulet of Mephala. She also has serious reservations about the choice of Asha-tara Undunbael as the Obainat's new Ashkhan, during Obainat Nerevarine, as Asha-tara is considered too cautious towards the Hlaalu. Only by you speaking to her old friend, Asani, in Ishanuran Camp can those fears be allayed - personal feelings trumping Musa's pragmatism. As she puts it:

"So you've been to Ishanuran. How is everyone? How's Asani? And they gave me this bow. It can only mean that they, the gulakhan, has forgiven me. I... I cannot thank you enough, outlander. You don't know what it's worth to me. Even if you just want me to agree to Asha-tara being the ashkhan, I still thank you regardless."
