Ennodius Caro is an Imperial Rogue and one of three members of a smuggling ring, alongside Tredyn Telvayn and Vuvil Adas. The investigation of this smuggling ring forms part of the quest, An Inconvenient Scapegoat. Ennodius himself can be found outside a shack in the Mephalan Vales, and is hostile.
