Diranya, steward of Roa Dyr

Diranya is a High Elf sorcerer and the steward of Roa Dyr. She can be found in the Crossing of Lamps. She advises Indoril Ilvi himself, and administrates on his behalf. As such, she is empowered to commission you to investigate suspicious matters happening in her master's lands, such as worrying rumors concerning the Syvvit Tong in Burden of Proof. She appears to feel the need to defend her employer's reputation:

"Indoril Ilvi is often regarded as a particularly xenophobic voice on the Indoril council, yet my elevated position as his steward stands at odds with that view. What Ilvi despises is foreign imposition. The Empire does not merely wish to come to Morrowind, it wishes to absorb Morrowind."

She carries a glass katana and will summon a Golden Saint during battle.
