Dilavesa Indalen is a Dark Elf apothecary and Lawman of House Telvanni. She has set up shop in Tel Vaerin in Alt Bosara, where she offers a large supply of potions, ingredients, and apparatus. She's concerned about the preacher who has arrived in Alt Bosara recently, and will ask you to persuade him to leave.

She wears an extravagant robe with matching shirt, pants, and shoes. She wields a silver staff of Chastening, and carries 135 gold and a fair amount of the wares she keeps stocked in her shop.
