Captain Galisa

Captain Galisa is a Dark Elf sailor, found in the captain's cabin of Galisa's Pike, a ship moored at the docks of the Mundrethi Plantation Slave Market. She has a prisoner below decks - a member of the Imperial Navy, named Hephimus Sansalas, who she had intended to sell into slavery. However, she has yet to find a buyer willing to risk knowingly taking a member of the Emperor's armed forces as a slave.

Hephimus describes her and her crew as "pirates", although whether this is true is unknown.
