Alcibius is an Imperial Acrobat residing on the top floor of The Salty Futtocks. He features briefly in the quest, A Breadcrumb Trail, initiated by the highly hungover noble, Urien Poralia, as you attempt to discover what happened to Urien's weapon:

"I know what happened to his sword at least. He tried to use it to pay me for my services - I refused of course. Then he made to demonstrate its awesome power while hanging from the chandelier and ended up snapping the blade in half."
