This is a complete list of the diseases you can catch added by Tamriel Data. The descriptions below are taken from generic dialogue in Tamriel Rebuilt. Note that all effects are applied on Self.
They can all be cured with the Cure Common Disease effect, or you can protect yourself with the Resist Common Disease or Resist Magicka effects. Some races are naturally resistant to diseases. Argonians, High Elves, Redguards, and Wood Elves each have 75% resistance.

Rats are often infected, too. Its symptoms are painful swelling in the trachea, and a heavy, bloody cough. It also saps your endurance. |

Its symptoms are of course fever, but also muscle pains and the queasy feeling your bones are brittle like a scrib's shell, and will break if your moves are too vigorous. For this reason, those suffering from this disease will unconsciously refrain from using their whole strength. |

If infected by a vampire's attack, a person will begin changing, and if the disease is not cured within three days, he or she will become a vampire. Porphyric hemophilia can be cured just like any common disease, but vampirism has no known cure, other than destroying the vampires. |

Because of the ways it can be contracted, people are sometimes reluctant to go seek the help of a healer. However, one can also be infected through the bites of muskflies, swampspiders, or ornadas. |
