Burial Urns

The article claims that the burial urns found in the Solitude Catacombs are unique to the location, but I was in the Hall of the Dead in Whiterun in one playthrough and discovered a burial urn with Eorland Grey-Mane's effects inside. He had died out of sight and hearing apparently. In any event, that calls into question whether the burial urns in the Solitude Catacombs are truly unique to the location. Thoughts?
