Skill or Perk Point?

This power means you get an extra skill point when reading skill books. But by skill point does it mean another level (ie. go up 2 levels instead of 1) or does it mean you gain a perk point? — Unsigned comment by 195.194.238.110 (talk) at 14:39 on 12 December 2012‎
