Official Description

"And please accept this gift from my personal armory."

Thieves, get your Sneak skill leveled and your Muffle-enchanted boots on, [sic] the Jarls Vault's [sic] are ripe for the picking!

Once inside the Jarl's Palaces [sic] of Whiterun, Solitude, Windhelm, Riften, or Markarth, sneak away to find keys to the Vault in each Keep (or pick it yourself if you're so talented). Inside lies riches and loot awaiting a thief so bold. Don't worry about escaping back through the front door; there's other ways to slip away with your pockets full.

Look close enough and you might find special rings with powerful effects, or weapons with unique enchantments you can disenchant to place on your own gear.

Glory awaits the patient thief!
