Access to Blackreach will be tricky - most entrances were sealed or destroyed after the Gray Host incident in the Second Era. The remaining entrances are the ones that were never opened in the first place, meaning you'll likely need a working Attunement Sphere to open them... However, I've found one promising lead: the Dwemer ruin of Reachwind Depths, the former home of the Lothid clan. From the documents I've recovered, it seems the Lothid had a route down to Blackreach that was never sealed after their extermination, so you might be able to get to Blackreach through those ruins without an Attunement Sphere.
