Agent Sanyon is a dead Thalmor Justiciar found at the Shrine of Talos in Falkreath Hold. Though his corpse is unnamed, he carries orders from Elenwen which indicates his name. He is dressed in the gear of a Justiciar Mage with hooded Thalmor robes, gloves, and boots. As revealed by the orders, he was investigating Talos worship in the Lake Ilinalta area, but was evidently killed in a resulting skirmish.

He is not to be confused with Sanyon, a High Elf cannibal who can be found in Reachcliff Cave during the quest The Taste of Death.
