Riserius Linchal

Riserius Linchal is an Imperial knight found in the Saint Amiel Officers' Club in Anvil's Garden Quarter. He is one of the guests of Gracchus Telvor, with the other being Vasil Richton. Riserius is concerned about Vasil, and will say as much with high disposition if you talk to him during Naval Leverage - providing some insight into Vasil's motivations.

It is Riserius' carriage which waits outside the club, with his driver Riccia Jalarix waiting patiently for his return.
