Whispering Shadecallers are Altmer shadow mages and members of the Whispering Shadows cult who have infiltrated Sotha Sil's Clockwork City.

Their abilities are identical to that of shadow mages, save for the fact that their spells are purple and possess sound effects that are a hallmark of Nocturnal's shadow magic.
