Vastarie's Tutelage is one of the craftable sets providing special bonuses to armor and weapons. It is available for crafting to players pursuing blacksmithing, clothing, woodworking, and/or jewelry crafting professions. 5 items: When you resurrect an ally, you and your ally gain 6-258 Weapon and Spell Damage and 10% cost reduction to non-Ultimate abilities for 10 seconds.
