Vampiric Totems are totems summoned by Ketkarkux the Dominator and Tholiakke, Guard of the Damned of the Coldharbour Elite Guard in the Imperial City Sewers. They are also summoned by Xobutar of His Deep Graces, the secret boss of The Wounding.
Standing in the large AoE the totem produces will rapidly drain your health, healing the boss with some of your sapped energy.
