Valana the Dreamweaver is a Breton mage and a member of the Scaled Court who can be found in Skyreach Hold. She can be seen kneeling by three Illusory Serpents.
During combat, she uses a mix of healer and spirit master class abilities, and will resummon the serpents after they are slain.
Fighting Valana is optional for the related quest taking place in this location.
