Valana the Dreamweaver

Valana the Dreamweaver is a Breton mage and a member of the Scaled Court who can be found in Skyreach Hold. She can be seen kneeling by three Illusory Serpents.

During combat, she uses a mix of cauterizer and spirit master class abilities, and will resummon the serpents after they are slain.

Fighting Valana is optional for the related quest taking place in this location.

Minor Wound

A basic ranged attack that does minor magical damage.

Focused Healing

Valana the Dreamweaver will heal any allies that are hurt, including herself. Enemies often indicate this by calling out for healing (I'm hurt!, I need healing!, Healer! etc...). This effect appears as a yellow beam connecting the healer and its target. This can be interrupted to stagger Valana the Dreamweaver.

Summon Burdening Eye

Valana the Dreamweaver summons a Burdening Eye that moves toward the player.

Stare

If the Burdening Eye touches the player, it explodes, temporarily rooting the player in place and doing moderate magical damage.

Rite of Passage

Valana the Dreamweaver channels a spell healing herself and nearby allies for 4 seconds. It takes half a second to cast, and another half a second to begin healing its target once the effect is applied. This ability is usually used when Valana the Dreamweaver is on low health. This can be interrupted to stagger Valana the Dreamweaver.

Summon Illusory Serpents

Valana the Dreamweaver summons three Illusory Serpents. If they are killed, she immediately resummons them.
