Stefan Themond is the son of Claudie Themond and Maurice Baelborne. Thanks to his mother's deal with the Dremora Tachnim, Stefan has lived his entire life as a servant of Tachnim, under the name Tsiniuc. He is Athel Baelborne's half-brother.
