Your Weapon Enchantments have a 10% chance to not consume a charge when activated per stage.

Steadfast Enchantment gives up to 50% chance for your weapon enchantments to not consume a charge when activated. This greatly reduces how often you have to recharge your weapon enchantments, and so how many Soul Gems you must use. This is useful as it reduces the likelihood of running out of charges while in combat.
