The Shrine to Nocturnal is located east of Fort Redmane Wayshrine and south of Arpenia. This shrine is built over a small lake and is dedicated to the Daedric Prince Nocturnal. One of her loyal worshippers, Millona Brolus, can be found here looking for assistance.
A chest may spawn behind Millona.
