Sanguine's Black Goat was available in the Crown Store for 400 from January 7, 2016 to July 31, 2016. It later returned to the Crown Store from February 14 to 17, 2022, where it was offered to all players for 300 . When it returned in 2024, it was available to all players again for 400 . It is also available as an Epic-level reward in Wild Hunt Crates. Its default name is "Whisper".
