Ruffian I: (WHILE USING DUAL WIELDING ATTACKS) Gives you an 8% damage bonus when attacking stunned, immobilized, or silenced enemies.

Ruffian II: (WHILE USING DUAL WIELDING ATTACKS) Gives you a 15% damage bonus when attacking stunned, immobilized, or silenced enemies.

Ruffian increases your damage against enemies when they have a variety of debilitating effects on them.
