Raynineth is a Wood Elf alchemist who can be found in or around the large square tent in Valeguard. She steps inside for a drink between trips outside, stopping at the corners of the tent to look around. Her habit of feeding the Thunderbugs around Valeguard has made her a target for a Dark Brotherhood contract.
