• Despite being owned by the raj-kaal, he is never actually seen in his home.
• Tletva won't spot you if you crouch by the entrance and don't move, so you can safely sit there and let your bounty decay if you're in any trouble with the law.
• The restricted zone extends a bit past the unusable door into the corner of the connected Grave-Singer's Lodge, but as there is no one in that part of the part of the building, it is not possible to get a bounty there.
