Pujeerish is an Argonian found at the Bal Foyen Dockyards. She cannot be spoken to after helping Rana at the docks.

When she is first encountered, she can be seen watching Rolunda and Trynhild spar:

What is Lukiul Uxith

"It's an Argonian town west of Ebonheart. The name means something like "place of assimilated lizards."
The name is a slur, or it used to be. Today, my people are proud to stand with the Dark Elves. Hrm."
