It allows purchasing Apocrypha Stalk, Scryeball (page) for your house. It costs 0001000010,000 and can be purchased from Vasei in Necrom.

The achievement Pulled from the Depths can also be completed by fishing at foul abyssal fishing holes in Apocrypha. Defeating the Lurker that gets fished up may help you progress this achievement, as it will drop one of the three rare fish found in the zone.
