Nalsia Mothril is a Dark Elf who can be found at the Mothril family's camp between Kingscrest Keep and Arrius Keep in Cyrodiil. She and her family fled here from Narsis when the Llodos Plague hit the city. Nalsia is here with her mother, father and brother.
