Muzgalg is an Orc found standing near the Temple of Ire with Grumth during the related quest. Eveli Sharp-Arrow believes them both to be a member of the Malacath Fanatics, and her suspicion proves right if you allow her to shoot Muzgalg, when Grumth runs to the back entrance of the temple.
