Merchant (Vvardenfell)

Merchants are Dark Elf commoners that appear in various parts of Vvardenfell. They will be frightened off by a Cliff Strider before you can interact with them, but they'll yell before they run. You can find them cowering a few yards away before you dispatch the threat. After you've killed the beast, they'll stay where they're at, bent over and panting. They cannot be spoken to.
