Mephala's Barrier is a large web covering the entrance to the central rotunda of the Psijic Relic Vaults, initially guarded by a Spiderkith Venifex and Brood Nurse. Ritemaster Iachesis instructs you to burn it, but after that doesn't work, the Golden Knight arrives and uses Dawnbreaker to get rid of it.
