The Mad Ogre's Altar is an altar southeast of Fharun Stronghold.

Mad Urkazbur can be found practicing his ice magic here, surrounded by piles of bones and other dead ogres. A few live ones can be found rummaging on the outskirts as well.

Near the altar is a note describing a researcher's meeting with Urkazbur and the ogres.

To clear this location and mark it as complete, you need to kill the following bosses:
