The Camonna Tong syndicate has operated most forms of organized crime in Vvardenfell for generations. These Dunmeri crooks are intolerant of outlander influence—to put it mildly.

Khartag Point is a delve found in the Bitter Coast region of Vvardenfell, west-southwest of Ald'ruhn, containing Camonna Tong and wildlife.
Home to Ropefish leader Khartag and his faction, it has been attacked by the Camonna Tong, a ruthless criminal organization.
The following letters can be found here: A One-Time Offer, Blood-Soaked Letter and My Dearest Love. Omaren Trial Transcript can be found in a boat at the entrance to the delve.
The cave also contains the Ascendant Order Hideout, an area only accessible during Ascending Doubt.
