Assemble a total of 25 trophy door keys in the Imperial City.

Key Collector is awarded for opening Trophy Vaults in the Imperial City. These require 60 Key Fragments each, or 150 for the two in the White-Gold Tower and Imperial City Prison. So you will need a minimum of 1,500 fragments or as many as 3,750 if you use the ones in the dungeons.

Vaults

The vaults you may open are:

•  Bone Shard Trophy Vault — A treasure vault located in the Memorial District of the Imperial City. (map)
•  Clawed Trophy Vault — A treasure vault located in the Arboretum of the Imperial City. (map)
•  Daedric Embers Trophy Vault — A treasure vault located in the Palace Sewers below the White-Gold Tower in the Imperial City. (map)
•  Daedric Shackle Trophy Vault — A treasure vault located in the southern yard of the Imperial City Prison in the Imperial City. (map)
•  Ethereal Trophy Vault — A treasure vault located in the Arena District of the Imperial City. (map)
•  Legionary Trophy Vault — A treasure vault located in the Nobles District of the Imperial City. (map)
•  Monstrous Tooth Trophy Vault — A treasure vault located in the Temple District of the Imperial City. (map)
•  Planar Armor Trophy Vault — A treasure vault located in the northern portion Elven Gardens District of the Imperial City. (map)

Since there are only 8 total vaults, you will need to open some of the multiple times.

Bugs

• Opening a vault with more a multiple of 60 Key Fragments (or 150 for the dungeons) in your inventory greater than the amount needed for that vault will waste fragments, causing you to lose as many multiples as you have on hand. For this reason, you should not open a vault if you are carrying more than twice the needed number of Key Fragments. Place any extra keys in your bank to be safe. ^?
