You will find her in Loriasel, captured by lamias.

Kazdi: "Kazdi begs you to release her before hungry snake-ladies return!"

After you free her, she'll run to the north door only to see it magically sealed:

Kazdi: "No! They've left Kazdi to die. Curse Brute-vitar!"

She has disdain for Ruuvitar and will offer to help you by revealing his location if you spare her:

"Brute-vitar sealed us out. Kazdi's fellows all dead, killed by dirty snake-ladies. No doubt this Pact-soldier kills poor Kazdi now.
This swamp, I hate it. Endless woe! Poor Kazdi!"
Where is Ruuvitar?
"Questions, not blades? Yes! Merciful Pact-soldier takes pity on Kazdi!
Ruuvitar took his big glowing egg behind that door and sealed it up. He's like a spider wearing a sash: "Treat with respect, salute often!" But Kazdi knows … still a spider."
Ruuvitar is a spider?
"No, a High Elf. But he does awful things to swamp-lizards through their special trees. Poisons them like a spider's bite, see?
Ruuvitar uses his big glowing egg to destroy swamp-lizards. Behind a door, like a clawless coward. That is all Kazdi knows!"

At this point, if you leave the conversation and return, she says:

"Does the Pact-soldier need help to squash Ruuvitar flat? Kazdi helps!
Swamp-lizards should be fought in battle, not destroyed in eggs. Kazdi enlisted to stop the Dominion's enemies, and Brute-vitar is bigger enemy than Pact or Covenant."

Regardless, the conversation continues, the door can only be unlocked by placing the keystone in a crystal. She will offer assistance while being bounded:

How do I stop Ruuvitar?
"Open sealed door, squash Ruuvitar flat, wash foot.
Kazdi can help open the seal! Ruuvitar bragged of defenses so often, Kazdi knows them like her own whiskers."
How can you help me?
"Kazdi can show you how Ruuvitar sealed the door.
He blamed Dominion-soldiers for not finding keystones to seal the ruin, but refused to let us search. Too much time poking swamp-lizards in the chest with his knives. Coward."
I have one of the keystones.
"Ah, Pact-soldier is clever indeed! Then this will be so very simple, yes?
Come, we must activate a crystal. After, Kazdi will show merciful kind friend where the keystone fits!"
Why should I trust you?
"Simple. Kazdi wishes to stop the clawless High Elf who kills swamp-lizard babies and leaves Dominion-soldiers to die. And see Elsweyr again, maybe?
If Kazdi shows you how to remove seal on door, you splatter Ruuvitar. Deal?"
You can help, but I'm tying your hands.

Speaking to her after her hands are tied:

"Lead on, friend of Kazdi."
What do we do first?
"Ruuvitar drew power from three Ayleid crystals to seal the door. If you activate the crystals, they take back their power from the door. Then, you open the door and wallop Ruuvitar.
Simple, yes?"
Where are these crystals?
"The first one is near the sealed door. The others are in the same room, but held up high in claws.
Fear not, merciful friend! Passages lead to the claws, through hordes of angry-dead and countless snake-ladies. But Kazdi keeps light on her feet!"

She shows you how to use the keystones. After interacting with the Ayleid crystal:

Kazdi: "Now your keystone removes the rest of the barrier! See where it fits?"

When you put the keystone in the first crystal in the room you found Kazdi, she will mention the keystones may prove helpful in avoiding battles with the lamia and the dead:

"Kazdi is impressed by Pact-soldier's talent and mercy. Now use the keystone to break through Ruuvitar's defenses!"
Do I have to use the keystones to unseal the door?
"Hrrm. Keystone makes it faster to get to Ruuvitar. Kazdi supposes Pact-soldier could fight through countless snake-ladies and angry-dead to avoid losing the keystone.
It may have uses elsewhere, but Kazdi does not know."

Speaking to her after the door is unlocked:

"The door is free to open, clever merciful friend. Soon Ruuvitar troubles Dominion and Pact no longer!"

After the vicecanon arrives, you can ask Kazdi what would happen if she goes free. She promises to report the war crimes of her alliance back to her superiors:

"Who are these Pact soldiers? Are they merciful new friend's allies? Kazdi hopes they come to stop Ruuvitar!"
I have to decide what to do with you.
"Kazdi swore to fight the Dominion's enemies. You saw the horrors Ruuvitar brought to these lands: skin-stealing, egg-killing … nothing the Dominion should be. Kazdi upholds the Dominion by helping Pact-soldiers stop Ruuvitar, yes?"
What will you do if I set you free? / Where will you go if I set you free?
"Return to Dominion army with news of Ruuvitar's fate. Emphasize how stupid tactics, awful plans, and crimes of war were his ruin. Kazdi may leave out her part in Loriasel.
After that, continue defending the Dominion from all foes. Kazdi swore an oath."
If I let you free, will you fight the Pact?/You'd fight the Pact, even if I let you go?
"Yes, on battlefield where fighting should be. Not against Pact families in their houses. Not in swamp-lizard nurseries.
Please, Pact-soldier, give Kazdi the chance to fight Dominion foes under the sun, not from the shadows."
Where will you go if I set you free?

If you choose to imprison her:

Kazdi: "No. Kazdi cannot survive in a cage!"

Speaking to her if you imprison her:

"Woe be to Kazdi! Pact-soldier dooms her to rot in a cell, away from the warm sun!
Is better than missing her head, Kazdi supposes. Goodbye, merciful yet punitive friend."

If instead you choose to free her:

Kazdi: "Kazdi is free to go? Truly? Kazdi will not forget. A thousand blessings upon you!"

If you choose to have her executed, she will panic and try to run but will be shot down by Warden Orethi:

Kazdi: "No! Kazdi escapes!"
