Kasa-Tah

Kasa-Tah was an Argonian member of the Ca-Uxith tribe of Rockgrove. She and Manasha were apprentices of the tribe's stone-talker, Dust-On-Scales. She was among the many tribe members who were killed by the Sul-Xan so that her soul could be sacrificed to Xalvakka.

Her spirit will appear to you inside the Oblivion Gate at Rockgrove, alongside Manasha.

Dialogue

She will appear in the final tower where you defeat Xalvakka and will point you towards the sigil stone in the center:

Manasha: "We … we're free! The fiend is destroyed!"

Kasa-Tah: "You there. You must destroy the sigil stone. That will close the doorway to our home."

You can speak with her if you manage to approach her before a member of your group smashes the sigil stone:

"Such great relief to be free of that creature. And by an outsider, it seems. Perhaps the tribe will listen now about the risk of isolation. Nice to be vindicated in my death.
Only one task left for you, ojel. Break the sigil stone and send us home."

"I bet knowing an outsider has saved the day will truly tug his tail. We often argued until the night-bugs slept about the risks of isolating the tribe.
But, I feel sun-blessed that he survived. I would not change a thing."

Smashing the sigil stone will instantly teleport your group back to the Xanmeer Pinnacle, freeing her soul from Oblivion and allowing it to return to the Hist and the cycle of Argonian rebirth.
