Havocrel Goliaths are Havocrel that can appear during the boss fight against Xalvakka in Rockgrove. One is summoned into the arena if the party takes too long damaging Xalvakka enough to make it retreat upper along the tower.

Firestorm

The goliath summons a ring of lethal flames around him as he holds his weapon aloft. It covers almost the entire arena, except for a safe zone inside the ring that spans around 10 meters, which the goliath stands in the middle of. The complete outer edge of the arena can also be safe, depending on where the goliath is when casting the ability.
