Gerwerdel is a hostile High Elf encountered inside Saltbreeze Cave. She suffers from Ostraekeratic Fever, a rare virus that hardens the skin like stone and oyster shell, and moreover, drives diseased insane. She was friends with Norasea. They both contracted the disease together when they were stranded on an island together.
Conversation with Norasea in the next room confirms that Gerwerdel was the one responsible for Haladan's brutal death, not Emile, which occurred when Haladan attempted to administer the same treatment they applied to Norasea, but Gerwerdel was too insane by this point and attacked Haladan instead.
During combat, she uses a mix of assassin and berserker class abilities.
