Gathongor the Mauler is a powerful Argonian Behemoth and the boss of Gathongor's Mire. Strong crocodiles will appear to assist him during combat.

He has a chance to drop the Symbol of Y'ffre antiquity lead for the Ring of the Wild Hunt. He can also drop Croc Hunter's Axe of the Shadow Dancer, a unique item in the Shadow Dancer's Raiment item set.
