Finunval is a High Elf smith who can be found at Firebrand Keep. His time is split between fawning over the cat in the seating area beside the Great Hall, and overlooking the Friendship Gate from the ledge near the large tree on the west side of the bridge. He has no unique dialogue.
He will return back to the keep after the in-fighting between the knights has ended.
