If you decide to do the trade with her, you will need to gather Seathorn and then bring it to Halz before returning with the wine. If you speak to her again before returning with the wine, she'll say:

"Halz is a sneaky bastard. He stole that wine out from under my tusks when we was playing cards one night.
If I don't get the stuff back, it's going to cost me a month's pay! Damn it."

After you return with the wine, she instead says:

"You manage to pry that fancypants wine out of his claws?"
