Dusk-Scale is an Argonian merchant who replaces Doubts-the-Moon as the merchant of Doubt Not These Prices, a general goods stall at the Riverside Markets in Stormhold, at the conclusion of the related quest.

If you speak to her after Doubts-the-Moon leaves, but before turning in the quest, she seems pleased.

After the quest, she sounds very unenthusiastic and done with everyone when she greets you.
